A video research project that began with a series of workshops in stream-of-consciousness acting technique with members of the “Nashville Stories” ensemble and Rock Bottom Movement and culminated in a performance experiment documented on video. It was made in collaboration with filmmaker and artist Amy Siegel, and preserves the thoughts, feelings and actions of a group in a specific place and time. The shoot occurred in a live-work space in Toronto’s Liberty Village one month before the last of the building’s residential tenants were evicted.
