A post-dramatic portrait of writer/director Lena Dunham, featuring a cast of five “Lenas” navigating the initial success of their narrative work and its subsequent, more complicated reception. Collaboratively written with the performers, who used similar first-person writing techniques to superimpose their lived experience onto the lens of a famous “everywoman.”
